- In operation with the use of a 1/2 breaker bar or ratchet this tool holds the harmonic damper pulley from rotating when removing and setting the final torque specification on the pulley bolt.
- There is a hole in the center of the tool to allow the use of a socket and extension to break loose or tighten the pulley bolt.
