TheMitutoyo QuickMike digital micrometerhas a fast spindle feed which allows various shapes to be measured quickly. The Mitutoyo Digimatic QuickMike coolant proof digital micrometer feeds the spindle 10mm per thimble rotation, or 20-times faster than standard micrometers. This speed provides quicker measurements on different sized features. The wide measuring range on the Mitutoyo293-667-20allows for measuring of different workpieces without sacrificing speed or accuracy.

Features:

• The QuickMike provides a speedy spindle feed of 10mm / .4 per thimble rotation compared to the conventional micrometer with .025/5mm per rotation.
• Non-rotating spindle and the new ratchet friction thimble reduces torsion on softer parts being measured
• Ratchet thimble allows for easy single-hand use when measuring objects
• ABSOLUTE linear scale eliminates the need for setting the origin point every time the micrometer is powered on
• Elimination of overspeed errors provides a higher measurement reliability and repeatability
• IP54 protection permits use in environments exposed to cutting oil, coolant, dust, etc., for use on most shop floor environments
• Available with SPC data output capabilities
