This Makita 36 Volt LXT dual-bevel sliding compound miter saw with laser kit contains two 18 Volt LXT Lithium-Ion 5.0 Amp-hour batteries, a 18 Volt LXT Lithium-Ion dual port charger and a 10 x 5/8 Inch 40T micro-polished miter saw blade. Kit also includes vertical vise, hex wrench, triangular rule and a dust bag. Tool is powered by two X2 LXT batteries to provide more power, speed and run time without the hassles of a cord. Miter saw has Makita built electronically controlled BL brushless motor to deliver 4400 RPM for rapid and smooth cutting operation. Direct drive motor increases cutting efficiency with minimal maintenance. The Automatic Speed Change technology aids to adjust cutting speed as well as torque during cutting. Soft start effectively suppresses start-up reaction for smooth start-ups and increased gear life.
