The JR002G is a cordless reciprocating saw powered by a 40v Max XGT Li-Ion battery, featuring twin LED Job light with pre-glow and afterglow functions for your convenience. This reciprocating saw is IP56 – rated dust and shower proof construction.

Supplied body only – this tool requires Makita 40v XGT lithium-ion battery packs to operate. Includes a jigsaw blade set.

• By adopting a horizontal crank type counterweight, vibration is reduced much lower than the competing models, reducing hand fatigue during operation

• Anti-drop mechanism for Shoe; minimizes drop of shoe when adjusting the position of Shoe; Shoe can be removed simply by operating a lever and a button
• Ergonomically designed handle fits your hand well, even during difficult cutting applications such as overhead application, cutting with the saw upside down, etc
• BL motor eliminates carbon brushes, enabling the BL motor to run cooler and more efficiently for longer life
